How much does a website cost?

Our Business Website Setup packages start at $950 and include domain setup, Google Workspace business email, a mobile-optimized website, and SEO-ready structure. Ecommerce stores, scalable systems, and custom packages are priced based on scope. Contact us for a free quote.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For larger projects we can structure payments across milestones — typically a deposit to start, a payment at midpoint, and a final payment at launch. We'll outline this clearly before any work begins.

What's included in your packages?

Every package is scoped before we start so you know exactly what's included. Standard builds include domain setup, platform configuration, mobile optimization, SEO-ready structure, and a handoff with everything you need to manage your site. Larger packages include ecommerce, ads, CRM integration, and ongoing admin. See our full service menu on the homepage.

Are there ongoing costs after launch?

Your platform subscription (Squarespace, WordPress, etc.) and domain registration are separate ongoing costs paid directly to those providers. We offer optional monthly administration packages if you'd like us to continue managing your site after launch.

How do I get started?

Fill out the contact form on our Contact page or email info@boltaitools.com. Patrick will review your message personally and follow up within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call.

What happens on the discovery call?

We spend 20-30 minutes understanding your business, goals, timeline, and budget. From there we recommend the right platform and package, and send you a clear proposal. No pressure, no upsells.

How involved do I need to be during the build?

As much or as little as you want. We handle everything but keep you in the loop with clear checkpoints. Most clients provide their logo, brand colors, copy, and photos — we handle the rest. If you need help with any of that, we can assist.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Typically: your logo or brand assets, any copy or content you want on the site, photos if you have them, and your domain login if you already own one. We'll send you a clear checklist after the discovery call.

How do revisions work?

Revisions are scoped per project. Standard builds include two rounds of revisions. We'll outline exactly how many rounds are included in your proposal before work begins.

What platforms do you build on?

We primarily build on Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix — choosing the platform that best fits your business size, goals, and budget. We also work with Google Sites for simple, low-cost builds and Google Workspace for business email and productivity.

Which platform is right for my business?

It depends on your needs. Squarespace is great for clean, professional sites with minimal maintenance. WordPress is better for complex builds, ecommerce, and businesses that need more flexibility. Wix works well for local businesses that want an easy-to-manage site. We recommend the right one for you on the discovery call.

Do you work with platforms not on this list?

Sometimes. If you already have a site on another platform and need help managing or improving it, reach out and we'll let you know if it's something we can support.

Can you migrate my existing site to a new platform?

Simple landing pages and business sites can launch in 24-72 hours once we have your content and assets. Ecommerce stores typically take 1-2 weeks. Larger scalable systems and custom builds are scoped per project. We'll give you a clear timeline in your proposal.

What's the fastest you've ever launched a site?

We've taken a brand from zero to a live Squarespace ecommerce store in under 2 hours. That's not typical, but it shows what's possible when a client is prepared and the scope is clear.

What affects turnaround time?

The biggest factor is how quickly we receive your content, assets, and feedback. Projects move fastest when clients are responsive and prepared. We'll always be clear about what we need and when.

How do you use AI in your builds?

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. We offer monthly website administration packages for businesses that want ongoing support. This covers site updates, platform management, domain and email administration, monthly reporting, and continuous system improvements.

What if something breaks after launch?

If something breaks shortly after launch due to our build, we fix it at no charge. For issues that arise later — platform updates, third-party integrations, user errors — we handle these through our admin packages or hourly support.

Can you take over management of my existing website?

Absolutely. We offer admin takeovers for businesses that already have a site but need reliable ongoing support. We'll audit your current setup and recommend the right admin package.

Do you offer hourly support?

Yes. For one-off tasks, quick fixes, and small jobs that don't require a full package, we offer hourly support. No task too small.
