boltAItools provides web design, ecommerce development, digital systems, advertising setup, business security installation, and related services to small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements provided before work begins.
3. Project Agreements
All projects begin with a written proposal or service agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Work does not begin until the proposal is accepted and the deposit is received. Any changes to scope after project start may result in revised pricing and timeline.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before work begins on any project. Deposit amount is specified in the project proposal.
Final payment is due upon project completion before final files or access credentials are delivered.
Monthly administration services are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month.
We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on unpaid accounts.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate business information, brand assets, content, and feedback in a timely manner
Maintaining ownership and access to their own domain, hosting, and platform accounts
Reviewing and approving deliverables within the timeframes specified in the project agreement
Ensuring all content provided to boltAItools is owned by the client or properly licensed
Delays caused by late client feedback or missing assets may affect project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. boltAItools retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not transfer ownership of third-party tools, plugins, templates, or platform licenses. Those remain subject to their respective terms.
7. Confidentiality
boltAItools treats all client information as confidential. We do not share project details, business information, or proprietary data with third parties without client consent, except as required to deliver the agreed services.
8. Limitation of Liability
boltAItools is not liable for:
Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of our services
Third-party platform outages, policy changes, or pricing changes (Squarespace, WordPress, Google, etc.)
Issues arising from client-provided content, including copyright infringement
Security breaches resulting from client failure to maintain secure account credentials
Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:
The client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of termination
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
boltAItools will deliver all completed work product to the client upon receipt of final payment for work completed
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
